Been here twice now. The staff are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces, even at 02.00am when I couldn't sleep and wanted a coffee. The place is so clean. If you go to Disney and want to stay in Disney, this is the place to stay. P.S Best air conditioning I've found in any hotel in the world. Even better than the air con in the Ritz, London.
Tips: If it's your 1st time in the state, you got to get a pizza at the hotel. They're mega lush. Get the biggest pizza you can. It's like a wagon wheel. Happy holiday.

The resort is what you would expect for a "value" resort. The maid service had something to be desired. Had a few slight issues with our stay but the overall stay was a good. Rooms could use a little TLC in the cleaning department but face it, you are not there to stay in the room all day. I would stay there agian.

I rated 4 because there was no entertainment of a night time or through-out the day but overall it was a really good fun holiday and we were glad that we chose that resort to stay at in Florida.
Tips: Bring you own entertainment e.g: a stereo player or floats for the pool.

We stayed at your hotel from 6-9-08 till 20-9-08. We found it fantastic. The lady who cleaned our room was friendly; she made us feel at home. We will be visiting you again in the near future, just to see that special lady. We would like you to pass our comments to her as she was a credit to your company. Even when we told her that our flight had gone bust she reassured us that all would be well and she was right.

Tips: have a good breakfast in the restaurant before you visit the parks and buy a cup for all your drinks.

Immersed in the Disney magic, this is a great resort for those who do not expect 5-star amenities. The food is among the best of the counter service meals you will find at any WDW resort. My granddaughter loves the Goofy squirt park as well as the themed pools. You are never more than a 5-minute walk from the food court, the buses, and the parking lot. Another interesting tidbit: this resort is in a different county than the All Star Resorts, so the taxes are a little less.

I thought it was great. Seeing huge statue of your favorite movies. The pools shops lobby, bedrooms, wait until you see the bathrooms.
Tips: bring swimsuits, definitely your camera and your imagination!

All Star Movie's is just as good as the other All Star Resorts. It features some of the best movies in Disney! And it's cheap and fun.
Tips: If you check in early and they don't have your room ready just yet, go swimming in the pool until they have your room ready.

WORST ONE OF ALL I HAVE STAYED IN. POP CENTURY IS MUCH BETTER. SHORTER BUS TIME WAITING AT THE PARKS FOR THE BUS IS UNBEARABLE. EVERYONE ELSE WOULD BE GONE BUT NOT ALL-STAR.

We found the hotel very good. We stayed in the Lovebug, everything is there in the hotel that you will need.
Tips: Be patient when waiting for the motor coach as you are last to be picked up to be taken to some of the parks. You may have to wait for a 2nd Coach.

IN DEC 2005. I BOOKED A PREFERRED ROOM, MONTHS IN ADVANCED WHEN WE GOT THERE WITH 3 CHILDREN, ALL UNDER 5, WE WERE TOLD OUR ROOM WAS SOLD, WE HAD TO WAIT 2 OR MORE HOURS TO BE SENT TO ANOTHER ROOM AT ANOTHER HOTEL, THAT WAS NOT A PREFERED ROOM, ONLY TO FIND OUT NOTHING WAS SET UP. NO PORTA-CRIB. WE ORDERED A FRIG FOR FORMULA THAT WAS NOT IN PLACE, WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'VE BEEN TO DISNEY EVERY YEAR FOR CHRISTMAS, FOR 5 YEARS, NOT THIS YEAR. I'M VERY SORRY TO SAY. IT'S MY FAVORITE VACATION.
